Ive used this firepit about five times and have been very impressed. It folds flat and takes up very little space, but is still able to deliver a smokeless secondary burn. The flames are mesmerizing to watch and can put out quite a bit of heat once it gets going.
I’ve found it’s the perfect size to put on a table for some warmth and ambiance, and to roast marshmallows over. I’ve also used it to cook on via the included pot stand. It’s probably best suited for a kettle or a smaller pan - in the picture I’m using a large cast iron pan which I was able to cook on quite successfully, but the rectangular shape of the fire pit was definitely reflected in the pans hot spot. It’s definitely going to be a staple on my future camping trips
I’ve been using this pit primarily with wood pellets, which work great, as the length of the pit is smaller than the firewood that I typically see in the US. If you plan on using fire wood, be prepared to spend time cutting it to size (or just use wood pellets)
The biggest drawback I’ve found for this fire pit is that it can be very fiddly to put back together after its first use, as the heat will warp the two bottom plates slightly and make aligning the pieces very difficult. I’ve found it takes thick gloves to avoid cuts, jiggling, and patience, but the pit will eventually fit back together again.
I hope there are future versions of the firepit - I’d love to see some sort of grill attachment so I can grill directly over the pit, as well as improvements to the ease of assembly, especially accounting for heat induced warping
Kind of big to take in a long motorcycle trip but might be great to take to a campsite close by. The tent itself is amazing though
Love this hat I love that it's reversible it says one thing on one side and another on the other side which is pretty cool it's like a painter's cap fits pretty good has a wire in the brim I like it but some people might not but it's pretty good hat if this one breaks and they still sell them I will buy another one I like this hat that much
Haven't had a chance to use it yet but I'm looking forward to the chance I know it's going to work
