My wife and I just came back from our camping trip to Sequoia NP and we used Sugoi chair as a part of our setup. It's an awesome, comfortable chair that was easy to assemble and disassemble. There's no arm rest, however, there is a small pocket on the side that we used to store small things. For what it's worth, it's worth every penny, and we look forward to more products from DoD.
