This thing is amazing. I would love to have a bigger one to replace my larger camping bin that holds my pots and pans but this is perfect for all of our other utility items and the fact that you can sit on it is clutch.
This tent seems to be good quality with nice features. It seems to be exactly what I was looking for. Shipping was fast, I received the shipping notification on Sept. 2nd and the tent was delivered on Sept. 4th.
However, after unpacking and setting it up to inspect it I noticed some type of defect that seems to be some kind of material degradation or stain on the outer vestibule. I sent an email on the 4th to the support email to start the process for an exchange, as well as a follow up email on Sept. 12th. However as of today Sept 15th I have still not received any response to my emails.
I wish I could give a higher rating because it seems like a good product but it seems I am stuck with a damaged/defective item. I cannot give a good rating knowing this is how their customer service functions with these prices.
Packed very well! Will try out tomorrow!
