Home Base Tent

Add a great big slice of luxury to your next camping trip or backyard event. The Home Base Tent is one of our largest tents. The generous footprint and tall ceilings create a roomy interior. Due to careful design, the tent can be set up by one person in less than 20 minutes. The floor can be zipped out for use as an event structure. The Base Camp Awning, attached to another door of the Home, provides a shaded outdoor area. The Home Base Tent is made with DOD's revolutionary Canvo™ tent fabric so it never gets sticky and humid inside.

Canvo™ is a mix of cotton and polyester. Compared to polyester, Canvo™ provides a superior camping experience. The material breathes so the tent does not become humid, it’s quieter in the wind, and it’s more durable. Canvo™ is commonly used for tents in Europe and Japan. It is used less commonly in North America due to the cost.
