As a Japanese brand, many of our products are named in Japanese. In Japanese cuisine, a kamaboko is a long, cylindrical fishcake. When we designed our tunnel tent, it reminded us of a kamaboko so that’s what we called it.

Description

DOD Outdoors’ multi-functional super tent, the Kamaboko, is the center piece of the perfect base camp. Comfort in camp requires more than just a place to sleep. You also need a place to get out of the sun, out of the rain, away from the bugs, or just get some privacy. The Kamaboko offers all that. A range of accessories sold separately let you customize the tent to exactly meet your needs. The Kamaboko comes with a sleeping chamber half the size of the outer tent that attaches to the ribs and can easily be removed when not in use.
